Anxieties and Stress

Anxieties and Stress is a mental health disorder characterized by persistent feelings of worry, anxiety, or dread that interfere with daily tasks. Panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder are examples of anxiety disorders.
Stress that is out of proportion to the severity of the incident, unwillingness to set aside a worry, and restlessness are symptoms.

Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. But when stress lasts for a long time, it may harm your health.

The feelings of anxiety and panic interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger and can last a long time. You may avoid places or situations to prevent these feelings.
