Health and happiness are two fundamental pillars that most people agree define a good existence. It is the good emotion we experience when we are content, enjoying something, or pleased with something. The way we feel about how strong our bodies are within our minds and souls and the two are more connected than one may suppose. The question of whether one causes the other or if the two are just associated is difficult to resolve, but there is no doubt that a strong connection exists.
